I offer Reiki and surrogate kinesiology  to pets belonging to clients. Animals can suffer great emotional stress during house moves, bereavement or changes in family structure such as new arrivals. The stress can manifest in changes in behaviour. Kinesiology is very effective in releasing that stress and enabling the animal to cope. This kind of treatment does not replace an assessment by a vet but is useful in dealing with stressed and unhappy animals that are otherwise in good health.

My own cats have been lucky enough to experience kinesiology, and the changes in them have been instantaneous. One of my cats lost his purr following a house move and a nasty incident with the cat next door. He did not purr for weeks until I decided to get a friend to be a surrogate for him and gave him kinesiology. It took only a couple of minutes to release his anxiety and he instantly purred again. Since that first treatment I have carried out a number of very successful mini treatments on animals. More recently one of my cats went on hunger strike following the arrival of a new kitten - it was so out of character I thought she was really ill! The kinesiology showed up her fear and following the session she regained her appetite and ate for the first time in days.

“My parrot has also received a course of kinesiology for depression. She is now a much happier birdie playing with her toys and she does not get stressed anymore when I am away on holidays etc.”                                                                                                                         SS(Frome)
