What is spirit releasing and space clearing?

Spirit releasing is the clearing, or moving on, of a spirit being (such as an Earthbound spirit) that has become ‘attached’ to someone. Space clearing may involve the moving on of a spirit that is residing in a home but is an unwelcome visitor - generally because of noises, cold draughts, things moving about the house, or the odd appearance. Space clearing is also useful if the home has a negative feel to it because of the build up of negative energy that may be from present or past occupants.

What does a session involve?

Spirit releasing is carried out in my treatment room. I take a detailed case history, look for the signs of spirit attachment, and identify how and why this may have occurred The presence of the spirit is detected through hypnosis. A dialogue with the spirit will reveal how and why they chose this person and what they need to move on - this is usually just a bit of help. Most of these spirits are simply lost souls who were looking for a ‘port in a storm’ and they are grateful for the assistance. After the session we discuss what happened and whether the vulnerability that let the attachment take place is still there and therefore needs addressing. I follow up with kinesiology and or healing as appropriate.
